Community Agreement
Plain words, on purpose. This is the deal between you and the HarmonoMy community. Last updated: July 5, 2026.
1. Your content stays yours
Everything you share — audio, MIDI, .ilham files, text — remains your property. By posting, you grant us only a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it within the community, so the forum can function. Delete your post, and that license ends for future display.
2. Responsibility for what you share
You are responsible for the rights in what you post. If your upload contains third-party material — samples, covers, lyrics, someone else’s recording — securing permission is on you. If a rights holder objects, we follow the takedown process in §7.
3. Respect is absolute
Insults, harassment, hate speech, threats, and doxxing are strictly forbidden. Content gets removed; repeat offenses close the account. Musical criticism is welcome — aim it at the music, never the person.
4. No spam, no stealth marketing
Sharing your own music is what this place is for. Marketing products or services (including ours!) outside designated spaces is not. Bot accounts, automated posting, and purchased engagement are forbidden — for us too: no fake users, no bought reviews, ever.
5. Age
You must be 16 or older to hold an account.
6. Moderation
Moderators may move, edit titles of, or remove content to keep the forum useful, and will say why. Appeals go to legal@ (see footer) — not to public threads.
7. Rights-holder notices (takedown)
If you believe content infringes your rights, write to legal@ with: identification of the work, the URL, and a good-faith statement of ownership. We remove or disable access within 72 hours and notify the poster, who may file a counter-notice within 14 days.
8. Changes
We may update this agreement; material changes are announced in Releases & Changelog at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date is acceptance.
